基于体验视角下的武义县民宿高质量发展研究

Research on the High-quality Development of Homestay in Wuyi County Based on the Experience Perspective

随着国内经济水平的不断提升,城市化进程的加快,游客的旅游体验逐渐倾向于个性化与体验化。乡村民宿产业以其特色化服务、主题个性化的房源、活动丰富化的体验经历吸引了大批游客,成为旅游的新业态。本文从游客体验视角出发,以携程、艺龙等平台上的民宿线上评价为参考依据,收集评价后通过文本分析及数据对比找出武义县民宿发展中需要迫切改善的问题,通过政府统筹全局、致力引进专业人才、发展个性化服务、发展本地品牌特色等措施,促进当地民宿产业健康可持续发展。

With the continuous improvement of the domestic economic level and the acceleration of urbanization,tourists’tourism experience gradually tends to be personalized and experienced.The rural homestay industry has attracted a large number of tourists with its distinctive services,thematic personalized rooms,and experiences with rich activities,and has become a new tourism industry.In this paper,from the perspective of tourists’experience,the online evaluation of homestay on platforms such as Xiecheng and Yilong is used as a reference,and after the collection of the evaluation,the textual analysis and data comparison are used to identify the problems that need urgent improvement in the development of homestay in Wuyi County.The healthy and sustainable development of the local homestay industry is promoted through measures such as the government’s overall planning,introducing professional talents,developing personalized services,and developing local brand characteristics.
