Role Orientation and Dynamism of and Paths for the Development of Digital Economy in Ethnic Regions in Wenzhou

新发展格局下,数字经济是助力经济结构转型的新动能。本文从温州民族地区发展现状与资源禀赋出发,深度挖掘该地区在数字经济背景下的角色定位与动力机制,并有针对性地提出温州民族地区数字经济发展提升路径。具体措施如下:完善温州民族地区数字基础建设,促进要素流动与技术落地;推动温州民族地区传统产业数字化转型,激发经济新活力;加强温州民族地区人才建设,缓解区域内数字鸿沟;挖掘打造温州民族地区特色优势,构建数字经济产业生态体系。

Under the new development pattern,the digital economy is a new engine to help the transformation of economic structure.In this paper,from the current status of the development and resource endowment of Wenzhou ethnic regions,we deeply explore the role orientation and dynamism of the regions in the digital economy and propose targeted paths to enhance the development of the digital economy in Wenzhou ethnic regions.The specifi c measures are as fol-lows,improving the digital infrastructure of the Wenzhou ethnic regions,promoting the fl ow of factors and technology landing,promoting the digital transformation of traditional industries in the Wenzhou ethnic regions,stimulating new economic vitality,strengthening the cultivation of talents in Wenzhou ethnic regions,alleviating the digital divides in the regions,exploring and building the features of Wenzhou ethnic regions,and developing the industrial ecology systems of the digital economy.
