一种无定角检测的单轮张力传感器研究

摘要 针对目前单滚轮式张力传感器测量精度低,适应性较差等问题,提出了一种新型的张力检测方法,可以实现任意施力方向下的无定角张力检测。设计了二维感知的单滚轮式张力传感器整体结构,结合力感知计算方法优化内部结构和内部信号检测电路。基于应力形变最优进行理论计算和仿真分析确定张力量程为0~200 N的弹性体通槽长宽为24 mm和3 mm,利用路径映射技术确定了应变片合适的贴片区域位置。结果显示新型传感器结构具有良好的线性度和较低的0.17%的维间干扰,能有效适应不同用途的单轮式张力检测的需求。 Aiming at the problems of low measurement accuracy and poor adaptability of the current single-roller tension sensor,a new tension detection method is proposed,which can realize tension detection without fixed angle in any direction of force.The overall structure of a two-dimensionally sensing single-roller tension sensor is designed,and the internal structure and internal signal detection circuit are optimized by combining the force sensing calculation method.The length and width of the elastic through-groove with a tension range of 0-200 N are determined to be 24 mm and 3 mm by theoretical calculation and simulation analysis based on optimal stress and deformation,The path mapping technology is used to fix the appropriate patch area position of the strain gauge.The results show that the new sensor structure has good linearity and low inter-dimension interference of 0.17%,which can effectively meet the needs of single-wheel tension detection for different purposes.
