摘要
为了保障煤气化装置长期、安全、稳定运行,合成气管道的选材必须安全、可靠,以避免在各种操作工况下发生管材腐蚀。分析了合成气管道受到的腐蚀类别及腐蚀原理,根据不同的工作环境条件,综合考虑各个操作区间气体组分的不同,在考虑生产安全性的同时避免高价浪费,提出了合成气管道的选材原则及建议。
In order to ensure the long-term, safe and stable operation of the coal gasification unit, the material selection of the syngas pipeline must be safe and reliable to avoid corrosion of the pipe under various operating conditions. The corrosion category and corrosion principle of the syngas pipeline are analyzed, and according to different working environment conditions, the difference in gas components in each operation area is comprehensively considered, and the principle and recommendation for material selection for the syngas pipeline is proposed while considering production safety and avoiding high-cost waste.
