LTD型多路并联15 MA Z箍缩装置的电流波形调控方法

摘要 针对Z箍缩装置的电流波形前沿、幅值及调控范围等装置输出能力的重要指标,研究了LTD(linear transformer driver)型多路并联大型Z箍缩装置的电流输出能力及调控方法。首先,基于20路LTD并联的15 MA Z箍缩装置电路模型,获得了15 MA装置典型触发时序下的电流输出参数;其次,基于装置参数,建立了与电路模型耦合的波形调控算法;最后,以Z refurbishment(ZR)装置3种标准波形及材料实验中的典型电流波形为目标,分析了15 MA装置的波形调节能力,并讨论了隔离时间对装置调节能力的影响。结果表明,15 MA装置具备200~800 ns的脉冲波形输出能力,能输出ZR装置几种标准波形、材料实验中高速飞片实验脉冲波形和高平台双斜坡脉冲波形;但受隔离时间限制,装置对长脉宽波形的调节能力较弱。同时,15 MA装置LTD组件触发方式允许稳定调节时序系数,有利于平滑负载侧输出脉冲波形。 This paper studies the rising edge,amplitude,and waveform shaping capability of the output current in large Z-pinch driver with the linear transformer driver(LTD)type multichannel parallel.Firstly,based on the circuit model of 15 MA Z-pinch driver with 20 LTDs in parallel,the current output parameters of 15 MA driver with typical trigger timing are obtained.Secondly,based on the device parameters,the waveform setting algorithm coupled with the circuit model is established.Finally,the three standard waveforms combine with several typical waveform for the material experiment of the Z refurbishment(ZR)facility are used as the target waveforms to examine the output capability and the waveform shaping ability of the 15 MA driver.The effects of isolation time and trigger timing in the LTD group on the output current waveform are studied.The results show that the 15 MA driver has a pulse waveform output capability of 200-800 ns,and can output several standard waveforms of the ZR facility,high velocity flyer pulse,and high plateau double-ramp pulse waveform in material experiments.However,due to the limitation of isolation time,the device has a weak ability to adjust the long pulse width waveform.Meanwhile,the triggering mode of the LTD component of the 15 MA driver allows stable adjustment of the timing coefficient,which is conducive to smoothing the output pulse waveform at the load side.
