车载智能锂电池充电器的设计与实现

摘要 设计一款新型车载智能锂电池充电器,根据电池的当前状态,如电池容量、电池电压、电池放电速率、电池温度等参数,实时调节充电器的充电电流、充电电压及充电时间;设计智能充电器的闭环拓扑反馈系统实时评估电池状态、对充电流程及充电模式进行动态调整,确保充电最优化及效率最大化。文章重新提出一种新型充电模式,并对充电器的硬件电路进行了设计,搭建了软件流程图及框架,根据智能充电器工作流程获得智能充电器的曲线。实验结果表明:智能充电器的充电效率有了明显提高,适用于工生产需求,并对电池的寿命维护及安全使用都有巨大改善。 Design a new on-board intelligent lithium battery charger to adjust the battery current,charging voltage and charging time according to its current status, such as battery capacity, battery voltage, battery discharge rate and battery temperature;design the closed-loop topology feedback system of intelligent charger to evaluate the battery status, make dynamic adjustment of charging process and charging mode to ensure charging optimization and maximum efficiency.This paper proposes a new charging mode, and the hardware circuit of the charger is designed, the software flow diagram and framework are built, and the smart charger curve is obtained according to the workflow of the smart charger.The experimental results show that the charging efficiency of the intelligent charger has been significantly improved, which is suitable for industrial and production needs, and the battery life maintenance and safe use have been greatly improved.
