基于红外光谱的沥青快速分析方法及可靠性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对沥青材料检测效率低、人为影响大、无法识别沥青品类及勾兑等问题,开展基于沥青微观结构特征的红外光谱分析方法及可靠性研究,采用衰减全反射(ATR)法进行了12种基质沥青试验,将相似度及峰值作为沥青辨别指标、相对标准偏差作为可靠性指标。试验结果表明:1)红外衰减全反射(ATR)法可有效检测出沥青间微观结构存在的差异,数据离散型性小,相对标准偏差数值小于0.02%,可靠性高;2)绝大多数相似度系数分析结果位于95%~98%区间、吸收峰峰值相对误差结果位于5%~36%区间,反映出各类基质沥青间整体相似程度较高,但在局部(1377 cm-1附近特征峰)差异性增大。结论是:推荐沥青红外光谱分析中以相似度系数作为主要评价指标,峰值作为参考指标,综合进行沥青的鉴别工作。 Aiming at the problems such as low detection efficiency of asphalt materials,great human influence,inability to identify asphalt types and blending,infrared spectrum analysis method and reliability research based on asphalt microstructure characteristics were carried out.Attenuated total reflection(ATR)method was used to test 12 kinds of base asphalt.Similarity and peak value were used as asphalt identification indicators,and relative standard deviation was used as reliability indicators.The test results showed that:1)infrared attenuated total reflection method could effectively detect the differences between asphalt microstructures.The data dispersion was small,the relative standard deviation was less than 0.02%,and the reliability was high;2)The vast majority of similarity coefficient analysis results are in the 95%~98%range,and the relative error results of absorption peak and peak value are in the 5%~36%range,reflecting that the overall similarity between various matrix asphalts is high,but the difference in local(characteristic peak near 1377 cm-1)is increased.The conclusion is that the similarity coefficient is recommended as the main evaluation index and the peak value as the reference index to identify asphalt comprehensively.
