摘要
针对悬索桥成桥后主塔容易发生偏位误差问题,分析了造成主塔偏位的原因是猫道和缆载吊机在空缆状态安装与成桥状态拆除时,对主塔结构偏位影响差异导致主塔无法恢复原位,致使成桥时主塔出现偏位误差,通过提出一种在猫道改挂、缆载吊机安装完成后,在猫道施工平台上施加配重载荷的方法,确保在猫道荷载、缆载吊机荷载和配重荷载共同作用下塔顶的不平衡水平力和偏位为0,以此来控制因为猫道的改挂与拆除、缆载吊机的安装与拆除造成的成桥状态下主塔偏位误差,并对实际已建成悬索桥采用有限元的方法,建模分析了不同阶段的主塔偏位,计算验证了该方法可行。
Aiming at the problem that the main tower is prone to offset error after the suspension bridge is completed,the reasons for the deviation of the main tower are analyzed,which is that when the catway and cable crane are installed in the empty cable state and removed in the bridge state,the difference in the influence of the offset position of the main tower structure causes the main tower to be unable to return to its original position,resulting in the main tower offset error when the bridge is formed.The method of adding counterweight loading on the catway construction platform is put forward after catway rehanging and cable crane installation.The unbalanced horizontal force and offset of the top of the tower under the combined action of the cable crane load and counterweight load are 0,so as to control the offset error of the main tower in the bridge state caused by the rehanging and removal of the catway and the installation and dismantling of the cable crane,and the actual completed suspension bridge is modeled and analyzed by the finite element method,and the calculation verifies the feasibility of the method.
