摘要 复合材料热模压成套设备采用双闭环数控液压控制系统和设计制造一体化技术设计理念,针对航空航天、高速列车、高档汽车等行业中复合材料成形装备普遍存在生产效率低、能耗高、产品质量低等问题,运用模块化PLC和伺服相结合的控制系统,解决了国产同类装备亟待突破的关键难题。 The complete set of composite material hot die pressing equipment adopts the design concept of double closed loop numerical control hydraulic control system and integrated design and manufacturing technology. Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency, high energy consumption and low product quality commonly existing in composite forming equipment in modern aerospace, high-speed trains, high-end automobiles and other industries, the control system combining modular PLC and servo has been used to solve the key problems that need to be broken through in domestic similar equipment.
