摘要
采用20KW光纤激光器对40mm以下碳钢(Q345R)进行切割,以36mm为例进行工艺分析。分析板材微量元素、光学配置、BPP值、离焦量控制对高强度碳钢板切割形貌、断面粗超度、断面垂直度的影响。通过研究,我们优化切割头选型搭配和离焦量控制,总结板材材质差异对切割断面的影响,以此达到最佳的切割效果。同时与传统等离子切割碳钢板对比,分析激光切割加工的优势,完善加工产能的升级优化。
The 20KW fiber laser is used to cut the carbon steel(Q345R)below 40mm,and the process analysis is made with 36mm as an example.The effects of trace elements,optical configuration,BPP value and defocusing amount control on cutting morphology,section roughness and verticality of high-strength carbon steel plate have been analyzed.Through research,the selection and collocation of cutting heads and the control of defocusing amount have been optimized.The influence of plate material difference on the cutting section has been summarized,so as to achieve the best cutting effect.At the same time,by comparing with the traditional plasma cutting carbon steel plate,the advantages of laser cutting has been analyzed,while the upgrading and optimization of processing capacity have been improved.
