基于单片机的三相AC-DC变换系统

摘要 针对传统电源稳定性差、输出效率低,以TIM4C123G单片机为控制核心,结合双闭环PFC算法,制作了三相AC-DC变换系统。电压、电流检测模块将采集到的信息送入TIM4C123G单片机。TIM4C123G单片机控制三相六开关整流桥的通断,将28V三相电压由交流转为直流,通过DC-DC升降压模块调整直流输出电压为36V。经测试,系统稳定性更强,输出效率更高,运行效果良好。 In view of the poor stability and low output efficiency of the traditional power supply, a three-phase AC-DC conversion system is made with the TIM4C123G single chip microcomputer as the control core and the dual closed loop PFC algorithm. The voltage and current detection module sends the collected information to the TIM4C123G microcontroller. TIM4C123G single chip microcomputer controls the on-off of three-phase six switch rectifier bridge, converts 28V three-phase voltage from AC to DC, and adjusts the DC output voltage to 36V through DC-DC voltage rise and fall module. After testing, the system has stronger stability, higher output efficiency and good operation effect.
