This paper introduces an image edge detection system.The system realizes the sobel algorithm through FPGA control chip,and takes advantage of the parallel operation of FPGA to effectively improve the running speed of the algorithm.The experimental results show that the system can detect image edge information efficiently and accurately,and meet the design requirements.
