一种WLAN通讯用LTCC天线的设计与实现

摘要 基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,设计仿真了WLAN通讯用LTCC天线(ANT),该天线采用电容耦合原理,取代传统的多层螺旋线圈,实现了超小尺寸、高辐射增益的ANT。根据仿真结果,采用LTCC工艺制备了公制3216封装尺寸的陶瓷片式天线,测试结果表明:测量结果与仿真数据基本相符,片式天线在WLAN频段2.4~2.5GHz的峰值增益1.8dBi、线性高效率辐射,回波损耗为-20d B。该天线适用于日益小型化的无线局域网通信设备。 Based on the LTCC technology, an antenna for WLAN communication is designed and simulated. The antenna adopts the principle of capacitance coupling to replace the traditional multi-layer spiral coil,and realizes the ANT with ultra-small size and high radiation gain. According to the simulation results,the ceramic chip antenna with 3216 package size is fabricated by LTCC technology. The test results show that the measurement results are basically consistent with the simulation data. The peak gain of the chip antenna in WLAN frequency band is 1.8dBi, linear high efficiency radiation, and the return loss is-20dB.The antenna is suitable for the increasingly miniaturized wireless LAN communication equipment.
