摘要 主要探讨了乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)对氯化聚乙烯(CPE)复合材料地板布的力学性能和加工流动性的影响。加入EMA后,CPE复合材料的加工流动性得到了明显改善,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率也有增加;但是阻燃性能有所下降。EMA的用量以25份为宜。 This paper mainly discusses the effect of ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymers(EMA) on the mechanical properties and processing fluidity of chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) composite floor cloth. After the EMA was added, the processing fluidity of chlorinated polyethylene composites was significantly improved, and the tensile strength and elongation at break are both increased. However, the flame retardancy of CPE composites decreased. The appropriate dosage of EMA was about 25 phr.
