摘要
差示扫描量热法(DSC)是研究高分子材料物理和化学变化的一种测试方法,在木塑复合材料研究中应用较多。DSC能够检测废旧塑料中聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)的含量以控制木塑复合材料原材料质量;能够检测未知组分木塑复合材料中塑料和木粉的含量。文章也概括了DSC在加速老化测试(氧化诱导时间,OIT)和塑料基体结晶度方面的应用与进展。
Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) is a test method to study the physical and chemical changes of polymer materials, which is widely used in the research of wood plastic composites. DSC can detect not only the contents of polyethylene(PE) and polypropylene(PP) in waste plastics to control the quality of wood plastic composites, but the contents of plastics and wood powder in wood plastic composites with unknown components. At the same time, the application and progress of DSC in accelerated aging tests(oxidation induced time, OIT) and crystallinity of plastic matrix are also summarized.
