摘要
精索静脉曲张是睾丸静脉网蔓状静脉丛的异常弯曲和扩张,它是一种常见的疾病,在一般男性人群中患病率估计为15%~20%。临床上已知精索静脉曲张对睾丸功能有不利影响,可损害精子发生和间质细胞功能。然而,精索静脉曲张对睾酮水平的影响仍然是一个正在进行研究的领域。本文收集精索静脉曲张与睾酮之间关系的相关文献进行综述,分析精索静脉曲张对睾酮水平的影响以及精索静脉曲张术后血清睾酮的变化。
Varicocele is an abnormal curvature and expansion of the testicular vein reticulum.It is a common disease with an estimated prevalence of 15%-20%in the general male population.Clinically,varicocele is known to have adverse effects on testicular function,which can impair spermatogenesis and interstitial cell function.However,the effect of varicocele on testosterone levels is still an area of ongoing research.In this paper,relevant literatures on the relationship between varicocele and testosterone were collected for review,and the influence of varicocele on testosterone level and the changes of serum testosterone after varicocele surgery were analyzed.
