洛铂用于结直肠癌术中腹腔灌洗化疗的近期疗效评价

Evaluation of short-term efficacy of lobaplatin in intraperitoneal lavage chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

目的:探讨洛铂用于结直肠癌术中腹腔灌洗化疗的近期疗效。方法:研究对象选择2020年5月至2021年3月在广西壮族自治区桂东人民医院肛肠外科和普通外科接受结直肠癌手术的患者90例,根据围手术期化疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组(45例,应用FLOFOX方案进行化疗)和研究组(45例,进行FLOFOX方案化疗联合洛铂腹腔灌洗化疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者的排便和排气时间、拔管和住院时间、术后并发症和不良反应发生率相比均无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组的术后引流量明显大于对照组(P<0.05),术后1年复发率和术后远处转移率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在结直肠癌手术中应用洛铂进行腹腔灌洗化疗可以对患者的术后复发进行有效预防,同时还能降低远处转移风险,安全可行,对于改善患者预后具有积极意义,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy of lobaplatin in intraperitoneal lavage chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 90 patients receiving colorectal cancer surgery in the anorectal surgery department and the general surgery department of Guidong People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected as subjects.According to different perioperative chemotherapy methods,the patients were divided into control group(45 patients receiving FLOFOX chemotherapy)and study group(45 patients receiving FLOfox chemotherapy).FLOFOX chemotherapy combined with loplatin intraperitoneal lavage chemotherapy were performed to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in defecation and exhaust time,extubation and hospital stay,postoperative complications and incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).The postoperative drainage volume of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate 1 year after surgery were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lobaplatin in intraperitoneal lavage chemotherapy in colorectal cancer surgery can effectively prevent pos toperative recurrence in patients,and can als o reduce the risk of distant metastasis.It is safe and feasible,and has positive significance for improving the prognosis of patien ts,and is worthy of popularization and application.
