光伏电站组件检测信息的整理、存储、分析技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 大型光伏电站由数以百万计的光伏组件组成,通常采用各种现场检测设备进行检测,数据格式不统一,往往出现被测组件不能复现和检测数据混乱的现象。针对这一问题,文章设计开发出一套检测数据整理、分析系统。该系统首先对被测组件位置制定了编码规约,能够实现被测组件及时准确地被二次查找;其次对不同现场检测设备产生的数据、信息进行统一处理,能够方便存储和读取;第三建立数据库及数据调用系统,能够将每块组件相关的功率、热斑、隐性缺陷及气象数据显示在同一界面,实现综合分析组件性能,判断故障原因,有效提高光伏电站故障组件的分析效率。 Large-scale PV station consist of millions of PV modules, which are usually inspected by various on-site inspection equipment, and the data format is not uniform, which often results in the phenomenon that the measured modules cannot be reproduced and the inspection data is confusing. To address this problem, this paper designs and develops a system for organizing and analyzing inspection data.The system firstly establishes a coding statute for the location of the module under test, which can realize the timely and accurate secondary search of the module under test;secondly unifies the data and information generated by different field testing equipment, which can be easily stored and read;thirdly establishes a database and data calling system, which can display the I-V, hot spot, El and meteorological data related to each module in the same interface to realize comprehensive analysis of the module performance and determine the cause of failure. The analysis efficiency of faulty modules in PV station is effectively improved.
