壮医病历书写质量管理的探索

Investigation of the Management of Zhuang Medical Record Quality

随着国家对民族医药重视程度的提升,医疗质量中的病历书写质量也成为了民族医院面临的重点和难点。通过分析壮医病历书写质量管理中存在的问题和影响壮医病历书写质量的主要原因,结合壮医特色和管理经验,从质控管理体系和评价机制的构建、质控团队的建立、质控交流和管理方式的建立等角度提出通过制定壮医病历书写规范、建立壮医病历书写质量标准、健全壮医病案质控管理体系、加强信息化建设、扩大交流方式等多种手段和措施,改变工作流程,加强壮医病历书写质量管理,促进壮医病历书写质量持续提升,提高医院的医疗质量和医疗服务水平。

As China is placing more importance onto ethnic medicine,ethnic hospitals are facing the emphases and difficulties of medical care quality,especially medical record quality.This study analyzed the existing problems in the quality management of Zhuang medical records and the main causalities influencing Zhuang medical record quality and integrated the characteristics of Zhuang medicine and managerial experience.From the perspectives of the constructions of quality management system and assessment system,the establishment of quality control group,and the creation of quality control and supervisor mode,this investigation proposed to change the workflow,strengthen the quality management of Zhuang medical records,promote the enhancement of Zhuang medical record quality,and improve medical care quality and medical service level through the approaches of constituting the writing criteria,establishing the quality standards and perfecting the quality management system for Zhuang medical records,strengthening the information construction,and expending various forms of communication.
