专科护理门诊对护士职业认同感影响的调查

Investigation of The influence of Specialized Nursing Clinic on Nurses’ Professional Identity

目的 通过调查某三甲医院专科护理门诊对护士的职业认同感的影响,为优化护理专科门诊提供建议。方法 某院逐步开设11项护理专科门诊,收集并分析2017年3月8日-2019年12月31日护理专科门诊工作量及护理质控数据,对比开展门诊专科护理前后专科护理门诊工作成效变化,于2020年9月1日使用护士职业认同量表对29名专科护理门诊护士进行调查。结果 开展门诊专科护理服务后,护理质控成绩逐年提升,护理门诊共接诊患者13561人次,工作量增长近2000人次,护理优质率提高近8个百分点。护士从出诊工作中获得了较高水平的职业认同感(122.57±15.5)分。结论 开展门诊专科护理服务,满足患者个体化需求,多部门协作提升了专科护理门诊质量,同时为专科护士拓宽了职业发展的平台,提升了护士对职业的认同感。

Objectives This study aims to investigate the influence of specialized nursing clinic on nurses’ professional identity in a tertiary hospital in order to provide suggestions for optimizing nursing specialist clinic.Methods A hospital gradually opened 11 specialized nursing clinics. This study collected and analyzed the nursing specialist outpatient workload and nursing quality control data from March 8, 2017 to December 31, 2019,compared the results of outpatient specialist nursing work before and after the development of outpatient specialist nursing, and used the Nurse Professional Identity Scale Form to carry out a survey among 29 specialist nursing outpatient nurses. Results After providing outpatient specialist nursing services, the nursing quality control scores improved year by year. Nursing outpatient clinics received a total of 13,561 patients. Workload increased by nearly 2,000 people. The nursing quality increased by nearly 8%. Nurses gain higher levels of professional identity from outpatient work(122.57±15.5 points). Conclusions Hospitals should provide outpatient specialist nursing services and meet the individual needs of patients. Multi-departmental collaboration not only improved the quality of specialist nursing outpatient clinics, but expanded career development platform for specialist nurses and improved nurses’ recognition of the profession as well.
