摘要
采用HPLC从pH、浓度以及时间三个方面考察了DMDMH水溶液的稳定性、水解机制。研究发现,DMDMH主要水解生成3-MDMH、DMH以及甲醛。同时采用UPLC-MS-MS研究了DMDMH质谱碎片的可能结构即断裂方式。另外,实验发现,通过测定洗涤产品中DMDMH水解产物MDMH、DMH的含量可以准确推算DMDMH的初始加入量。
HPLC was applied to study the stability and hydrolysis mechanism of 1,3-dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin(DMDMH)aqueous solution,which contains three perspectives,pH,concentration of DMDMH and hydrolysis time.The major products of hydrolysis were 3-MDMH,DMH and formaldehyde.The UPLC-MS-MS was also used to study the possible structure of the DMDMH fragments.And it was also found that the residue amounts of MDMH and DMH in detergent could be used to calculate the initial addition amount of DMDMH.
