摘要
本文研究了长活塞杆全自动检测校直技术,提出了适合长活塞杆的自动检测方法和校直策略,并在设备上进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用本文提出的自动检测方法和校直策略能够精确校直长活塞杆工件,校直节拍与校直精度均能达到工业生产的要求。
The automatic detection and straightening technology for extended piston rod is studied in the paper.The automatic detection method and straightening strategy of extended piston rod are analyzed and studied,and the equipment is tested and verified.The test results show that the proposed automatic detection method and the straightening strategy can precisely straighten the extended piston rod,and both the straightening time and the straightening accuracy can meet the production requirements of practical industry.
