摘要
稳定可靠的温控系统是获得准确高温试验数据的重要保证,通过分析常用的测控一体温控系统存在的问题,设计了测控分离的三控三测温控系统。该系统选用高精度温控仪表,控温偶和测温偶分离。检定和实际使用表明,该系统完全满足高温试验的要求,特别适用于对温度敏感材料的拉伸测试。
A stable and reliable temperature control system is an important guarantee for obtaining accurate high-temperature test data.By analyzing the problems of the commonly used temperature control system with one thermocouple for measurement and control,the temperature control system with separate three-control and three-measurement thermocouple is designed.The system uses the high precision temperature control instrument,and the thermocouples for temperature control and the temperature measurement are separated.The verification and practical application show that the temperature control system meets the requirements of high temperature test,and especially is suitable for the tension test of temperature sensitive materials.
