摘要 为了解决新能源发电、用户负荷等不确定性带来能源系统调度的问题,提出一种基于递阶模型的综合能源系统多时间尺度运行优化方法。建立基于递阶模型的多时间尺度运行优化架构,明确不同调度阶段的关系。设定优化目标和优化约束,建立包括日前调度、日内滚动、实时调度3个阶段的综合能源系统多时间尺度运行优化模型,明确模型不同阶段的输入数据、输出数据和决策变量,并利用遗传算法对模型进行求解。以某园区为例,验证了所提出的模型能够有效应对各类不确定事件对能源供给不平衡的影响,可以实现能源的精准供给。 In order to solve the problem of energy system scheduling caused by the uncertainty of new energy generation and user load,this paper proposes a multi-time scale operation optimization method of integrated energy system based on hierarchical model.A multitime scale operation optimization architecture based on hierarchical model is established to clarify the relationship between different scheduling stages.Set the optimization objectives and optimization constraints,establish the multi-time scale operation optimization model of integrated energy system including three stages of day ahead scheduling,day in rolling and real-time scheduling,define the input data,output data and decision variables in different stages of the model,and use genetic algorithm to solve the model.A park is taken as an example to verify that the proposed model can effectively deal with the impact of various uncertain events on the imbalance of energy supply and realize the accurate supply of energy.
