摘要
为解决变电站状态检测设备功能单一、操作不便、数据处理难度大的问题,设计开发了一种变电站便携式多功能测试仪。该设备集传统红外热像仪与局放检测设备系统于一体,兼具暂态地电压、超声波及高频电流3种检测方法,并建立误差校正模型以提高红外测温的准确性,通过自适应阈值降噪法实现信号降噪。经现场测试证明测试仪能满足不同变电设备状态的检测作业,并为设备状态评估提供可靠的数据参数。
In order to solve the problems of single function,inconvenient operation and difficult data processing of the substation state detection equipment,a portable multifunctional tester for substations was designed and developed.The device combines the traditional infrared thermal imaging camera and the partial discharge detection equipment system into one,which has three detection methods of transient ground voltage,ultrasonic and high-frequency current.The establishment of an error correction model improves the accuracy of infrared temperature measurement,and adopts an adaptive threshold noise reduction method to perform noise reduction processing on the signal.The corresponding hardware and software design schemes are given,through field tests,it is verified that and the tester can meet the status detection of different substrates and provide reliable data parameters for the device status assessment.
