铜陵市义安区农作物秸秆资源化现状及对策

为推动铜陵市义安区农作物秸秆资源化利用,通过对区域内主要农作物种植情况统计及秸秆资源化利用现状分析,总结了当前秸秆资源化利用工作成效,梳理了秸秆资源化利用工作问题,提出了相关政策建议及对策措施。结果表明,2020年,铜陵市义安区水稻、油菜等主要农作物种植总面积为27 873.33 hm2;主要农作物秸秆理论资源量18.54万t,实际完成秸秆收集量为14.84万t,秸秆资源化总量13.72万t,资源化率达到92.45%。目前,铜陵市义安区存在秸秆资源化技术水平有待提高、政策扶持力度有待加强、秸秆产业化利用量有待增加等问题。建议应继续加大政策扶持力度,强化组织领导与项目实施,建立健全秸秆收储运体系,加大秸秆资源化新技术研发应用,全面提高秸秆资源化利用水平。

To promote crop straw resource utilization in the Yi An district,Tongling city,based on the statistics of major crops in the area and the present situation analysis of straw resource utilization,summarizes the current straw resource utilization work results,sorted out the problems of straw resource utilization work,and put forward some policy suggestions and countermeasures. The results showed that in 2020,the total planting area of rice,rape and other major crops in Yi An district of Tongling city was 27 873.33 hectares;The theoretical amount of the main farm straw resource was 185 400 tons,the actual collection of straw was 148,400 t,and the total amount of straw resources was 137 200tons,with the resource utilization rate reaching 92.45%. At present,the technological level of straw resource utilization in Yi An district needs to be improved,the policy support needs to be strengthened,and the amount of straw industrialization needs to be increased. It is suggested that we should continue to strengthen policy support,strengthen organizational leadership and project implementation,establish and improve the system of straw collection,storage and transportation,increase research and development and application of new technology of straw resource utilization,and comprehensively improve the utilization level of straw resource utilization.
