基于高氨氮浓度的机场配套污水处理厂设计与运行分析

摘要 某机场配套污水处理厂处理工艺为A2O工艺,处理规模为3 000 m3/d,2020年其面临提标改造,要求出水标准满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。污水处理厂面临进水水量不稳定、进水氨氮浓度高、现场占地受限、无法停车改造等问题。对原有参数进行复核,通过提高缺氧段停留时间、优化风机选型、提高运行阶段污泥沉降比3种方式进行改造,改造后污水厂出水稳定达标。出水氨氮浓度稳定低于0.5 mg/L,COD浓度稳定低于30 mg/L,应用效果良好。 The treatment process of an airport supporting sewage treatment plant is A2O process,and the treatment scale is 3 000 m~3/d. In 2020,it faces upgrading and transformation,and the effluent standard is required to meet the A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002). The sewage treatment plant is faced with problems such as unstable influent water volume,high influent ammonia nitrogen concentration,limited on-site land occupation,unable to stop for reconstruction and so on. Recheck the original parameters and carry out the transformation by increasing the residence time in the anoxic section,optimizing the fan selection and improving the sludge sedimentation ratio in the operation stage. After the transformation,the effluent of the sewage plant is stable and up to standard. The stability of ammonia nitrogen and COD in the effluent is lower than0.5 mg/L and 30 mg/L respectively,and the application effect is good.
