绢纺废水处理提升改造工程

摘要 在现有废水处理设施/构筑物基础上进行提升改造工程,技改后处理能力为200 m3/d,采用“水解沉淀+AN/O+二沉池+混凝气浮”处理工艺。运行结果表明,CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,TN,TP的去除率分别达到了95.9%,97.9%,94.6%,93.0%,95.5%,出水满足GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中间接排放标准,处理效果良好。 The upgrading and modification project is carried out on the basis of the existing wastewater treatmen facilities,after technical modification,the processing capacity is 200 m~3/d,using"hydrolysis precipitation+AN/O+secondary precipitation+coagulation air flotation"treatment process.The operation results show that the removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,TN and TP reach 95.9%,97.9%,94.6%,93.0%and 95.5%respectively,and the effluen meets the indirect discharge standard of Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB4287-2012),thus the treatment effect is good.
