四川省危险废物环境管理问题及建议

随着《固体废物污染环境防治法》的修订实施,我国对危险废物环境管理要求越来越严格,与此同时,危险废物产生量逐年攀升,若不规范处理处置,将会带来一系列环境风险。在危险废物环境管理过程中,如何通过减量化、资源化和无害化利用处置从而降低环境危害,尚有一些问题亟待解决,通过对四川省危险废物管理现状的分析,进而提出相关建议,以确保环境安全。

With the revision of the "Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution",the requirements of the hazardous waste management are more strict. Meanwhile,the production of hazardous waste is rising year by year,which can bring a series of environmental risks if not disposed well. In the process of the hazardous waste management,there are still some problems to be solved to realize hazardous waste disposing and utilizing in a reduced,resourceful and harmless way to reduce environmental hazards. Through the analysis of the current situation of hazardous waste management in Sichuan Province,some relevant recommendations are put forward.
