摘要
用无水乙醇为溶剂,多次索氏提取山苍子果粉中的柠檬醛,用2,4-二硝基苯肼显色,测定提取液中柠檬醛的含量.结果表明,山苍子粉碎到100目,经无水乙醇两次索氏提,已完全提取了山苍子果中的柠檬醛.在提取液中的柠檬醛与油脂共存时,用2,4-二硝基苯肼显色,可有效的避开了油脂对测定提取液中柠檬醛含量的干扰,准确地测出山苍子整果中柠檬醛的含量.
Using anhydrous ethanol as solvent, Soxhlet extraction of citral in the Litsea Cubeba fruit powder for several times, color development with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, and determination of the content of citral in the extract. The results showed that the citral in the Litsea Cubeba was completely extracted by crushing it to 100 mesh and twice Soxhlet extraction with anhydrous ethanol.When citral and oil in the extract coexist, 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine is used to develop color, which can effectively avoid the interference of oil on the determination of citral content in the extract, and accurately measure the citral content in whole Litsea Cubeba fruit.
