公路隧道“零开挖”进洞技术研究

摘要 结合白鹭山隧道斜交型洞口和笔架山隧道V字型洞口的典型洞口位置地形,采用初支贴壁法隧道进洞技术及其施工方法,洞口不扰动、不开挖自然山体,采取套拱(基础加固)、长管棚、暗洞初期支护明做等措施,实现环、纵向初支贴壁,实现保护自然山体进洞施工.该进洞技术可有效保护洞口山体自然生态系统,可消除洞口边仰坡,可减少大量的洞口边仰坡防护工程量,可降低水文气候对洞口施工的影响,以提高洞口山体稳定性,实现隧道真正“零开挖”进洞.初支贴壁法作为全地形“零开挖”进洞技术,可为隧道勘察、设计及施工提供一定的参考。 Combined with the tunnel entrance location topography of oblique-type at BaiLuShan tunnel and V-type at BiJiaShan tunnel,using the technology and construction method with follow closely tunnel entrance.no disturbance,no excavation natural mountain,install the arch(strengthening of foundation)pipe and realize the ring,at the beginning of the longitudinal sidewall,protect natural mountain hole construction.The tunneling technology can effectively protect the natural ecosystem of the mountain at the cave entrance,eliminate the elevation slope at the cave entrance,reduce a large number of protective works on the elevation slope at the cave entrance,and reduce the influence of hydrology and climate on the construction of the cave entrance.so as to improve the stability of the mountain at the cave entrance,and realize the"zero dingging"tunnel entry.As the all-terrain"zero dingging"tunnel entry technology,the initial support sticking method can provide a certain reference for tunnel investigation,design and construction.
