地方高校传统体育文化资源整合与传承创新研究--以嘉应学院南狮人才培养为例

Resource Integration and Inheritance Innovation of Traditional Sports Culture in Local Universities-A Case Study of South Lion Talent Training in Jiaying University

运用文献资料法,以嘉应学院南狮人才培养为例,探讨了地方高校传统体育文化的传承创新问题.案例实践证明:在教育和社会双重场域提供的资源输出保障下,“教学+训练+竞赛+表演”四位一体的人才培养模式,取得了师资能力提升快速、人才培养质量过硬、竞赛成绩突出、社会服务满意等显著效果,对地方高校体育学科的特色发展具有较强的借鉴意义.高校应从场馆空间、师资力量和激励制度方面提供更多支撑,形成地方性传统体育文化特色人才培养的可持续发展机制.

This paper discussed the inheritance and innovation of traditional sports culture in local universities by the method of literature,taking the talent cultivation of South Lion in Jiaying University as an example.The case practice has proved that under the guarantee of resource output provided by the dual field of education and society,the four-in-one talent training mode of"teaching+training+competition+performance"has achieved remarkable results such as rapid improvement of teachers'ability,excellent quality of talent training,outstanding competition results,and satisfactory social service,which has strong reference significance for the characteristic development of Physical Education in local universities.Universities should provide more support from the venue space,teachers and incentive system to form a sustainable development mechanism for the cultivation of talents with local traditional sports culture characteristics.
