RCEP背景下河北省旅游服务贸易高质量发展路径探析

An Analysis of High-quality Development Path of Tourism Service Trade in Hebei Province under the Background of RCEP

旅游服务贸易是服务贸易的重要组成部分,受到了各国高度重视和大力发展。随着我国旅游业的发展,旅游服务贸易也呈现出快速发展态势。河北省内环京津、外沿渤海,既有灿烂的中华文明史,又有独特的自然风光。2022年1月《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》的生效给河北省旅游服务贸易带来了新机遇、新挑战。在这样背景下,分析河北省旅游服务贸易高质量发展存在的问题,提出加强RCEP区域内旅游资源的推广营销、推动省域内旅游业协同发展、丰富RCEP的宣介培训形式、完善旅游服务贸易的制度政策等高质量发展路径,以提高河北省旅游服务贸易竞争力。

Tourism service trade is an important part of service trade,which has been highly valued and vigorously developed by all countries.With the development of China’s tourism industry,tourism service trade also shows a rapid development trend.Surrounded by Beijing and Tianjin and bordered by the Bohai Sea,Hebei Province boasts both a splendid history of Chinese civilization and unique natural scenery.The entry into force of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in January 2022 has brought new opportunities and challenges to tourism service trade in Hebei Province.Under this background,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the high-quality development of tourism service trade in Hebei Province,and puts forward some high-quality development paths such as strengthening the promotion and marketing of tourism resources in RCEP region,promoting the coordinated development of tourism industry within the province,enriching the forms of publicity and training of RCEP,and perfecting the system and policies of tourism service trade,etc.,to improve the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Hebei Province.
