摘要 提出了差动式倾角电容传感器在分辨力为0.001mm/m的智能电子水平仪的应用方案,采用ICL8038集成芯片作为差动电容电桥的激励电源,使用两片LF398同时对两路电压进行采样及AD7706对采样所得信号进行A/D转换,并给出了温度和非线性补偿方法要点及实验结果。 s:?The application proposal of differential capacitive sensor in intellectual electronic level gauge with resolution 0.001?mm/m was introduced.It used integrated chip ICL8038 to excite the differential capacitor bridge.Two LF398s was used to sample two voltage signals simultaneously and AD7706 was used to convert the sampling signals to digital signal.Finally the key point for temperature compensation,nonlinearity correction and experiment results were introduced.
