摘要
职业本科教育作为职业教育的延伸产物,在类型上属于职业教育,在层次上属于高等教育,处于职业教育与高等教育的交叉地带。职业本科教育的双重属性带来了职业性与高等性并重、专业建设与学科建设并重、人才培养与科学研究并重等双重任务。而双重属性下的趋同发展会引起本科层次矮化、职教轨道偏离等问题。站在职业教育新的发展起点,应持续推进各层次、各类别教育职能分化,明确职业本科教育分工,同时促进职业本科教育与其他教育的有效衔接与沟通,建设高质量职业教育体系。
As an extension of vocational education,vocational undergraduate education belongs to vocational education in terms of type and higher education in terms of level,which is in the intersection of vocational and higher education.The dual attributes of vocational undergraduate education bring about the dual tasks of laying equal stress on vocational and higher education,specialty construction and discipline construction,and personnel training and scientific research.The convergent development under the dual attributes will cause problems such as the dwarfing of undergraduate level and the deviation of vocational education track.Standing at the new starting point of the development of vocational education,we should continue to promote the differentiation of educational functions at all levels and categories,clarify the division of vocational undergraduate education,promote the effective connection and communication between vocational undergraduate education and other education,and build a high-quality vocational education system.
