热轧工作面空气幕封闭水雾数值模拟研究

摘要 为解决高速线材热轧车间内使用水雾除尘方法所带来的含尘水雾弥漫问题,提出以空气幕方法隔离水雾。对轧机出口的流场进行了理论分析,并采用CFD数值模拟技术模拟计算了在不同的出口风速和出口宽度的条件下含尘水雾粒子的空间分布情况,获得了高速线材热轧工作面隔雾空气幕的最佳设计参数。计算结果表明:空气幕隔雾方法能够有效地隔离含尘水雾粒子,轧机出口空气幕的最佳设计参数是出口风速为0.1m/s、出口宽度为1mm。 TIn order to solve the diffusing problem of water mist caused by water mist in high-speed wire hot rolling workshop, an air curtain method was proposed to isolate water mist. The flow field at the exit of the rolling mill was analyzed theoretically, and the spatial distribution of water mist particles was calculated by using CFD numerical simulation technology under the conditions of different outlet wind speed and outlet width, and the optimal design parameters of fog-separated air curtain on the working face of high-speed wire rolling were obtained. The results show that: the method of air curtain fog isolation can effectively isolate dust-bearing water mist particles, The best design parameters of the exit air curtain of the rolling mill are the exit wind speed of 0.1 m/s and the exit width of 1 mm.
