摘要
研究了RV减速器某指定工况下的承载能力和传动误差,并基于Romax Designer软件,采用遗传算法对该减速器进行了综合修形优化。结果表明:减速器高速级行星齿轮传动各齿轮的接触强度安全系数不满足要求,部分齿轮的弯曲强度安全系数也偏低;太阳轮和行星轮之间的传动误差较大,影响传动的平稳性;经优化修形,接触强度和弯曲强度安全系数分别提高了29.4%和42.3%;齿面峰值载荷降低了51%,传动误差减小了83.31%,减速器性能得到了明显改善。
The load capacity and transmission error of RV reducer under a specified working condition are studied, and based on Romax Designer, the reducer is modified and optimized by genetic algorithm. The results show that the safety factor of contact strength of each gear of planetary gear transmission of speed reducer does not meet the requirements, and the safety factor of bending strength of some gears is also low. The transmission error between the sun wheel and the planet wheel is large, which affects the stability of the transmission. The safety factor of contact strength and bending strength increased by 29.4% and 42.3%, respectively. The peak load of tooth surface is reduced by 51%, the transmission error is reduced by 83.31%, and the performance of reducer is improved obviously.
