摘要
介绍了国内某2800m^(3)高炉无料钟炉顶设备设计与改造,在炉顶设备总高及各平台布置保持不变的情况下,采用我公司制作的串罐无料钟炉顶装料设备。由于原设备承载能力低,布料精度差,通过设计改造,采用我公司生产的高炉无料钟炉顶装料设备。结果表明,提高了设备承载能力、布料精度和设备利用系数,设备整体运行稳定,满足生产需求。
This paper introduces the design and transformation of bell-less top equipment of a 2800 m^(3) blast furnace in China. Under the condition that the total height of the top equipment and the layout of each platform remain unchanged, The bell-less top charging equipment made by our company is adopted.Due to the low bearing capacity and poor distribution accuracy of the original equipment,The bell-less top charging equipment of blast furnace produced by our company is adopted through design and transformation.The results show that the equipment carrying capacity, distribution accuracy and utilization coefficient are improved, and the equipment runs stably and meets the production demand.
