料场带式输送机凹弧段优化设计

Design of Working Condition of the Concave Arc Section of the Belt Conveyor

摘要 胶带机凹弧段承担平铺段向倾斜段平稳过渡。本文通过对比不同工况下料场带式输送机凹弧段的受力情况,分析凹弧段设计的凹弧半径取值,实际应用结果表明,该优化设计解决了物料在输送过程中发生散料、胶带跑偏及飘带等现象,对带式输送给料机的凹弧段设计有较强的指导意义。 Concave arc section design is a common form of belt conveyor design, which can realize the smooth transition from the flat section to the inclined section of the belt conveyor. However, in practical applications, due to the improper design of the concave arc radius, the materials can cause bulk material, belt deviation and streamers during the conveying process. This paper compares the force of the concave arc section of the belt conveyor under different working conditions, analyzes the curvature radius of the concave arc section design, and has a strong guide to the concave arc section design of the belt conveyor.
