立式活套底辊的传动设计

摘要 首先分析了立式活套充套和放套时各个活套传动底辊的速度,然后就活套传动底辊的摩擦力矩、活套辊加减速时需要的动力矩、带钢弯曲时损失力矩等进行力矩分析,再就带钢匀速时、带钢正常加减速时、带钢快停时,传动底辊的力矩和电机功率进行分析计算,最后再根据以上计算结果进行了齿轮电机的选取。 This paper first analyzes the speed of each looper bottom roll during filling and releasing of vertical looper, then analyzes the friction torque of looper driving bottom roll, the power torque required during acceleration and deceleration of looper roll and the loss torque during bending of strip steel, and then analyzes and calculates the torque and motor power of driving bottom roll when the strip steel is at constant speed, normal acceleration and deceleration of strip steel and fast stop of strip steel, finally, the gear motor is selected according to the above calculation results.
