一种针铁矿除铁槽气体分布器

摘要 锌氧压浸出针铁矿除铁工艺采用空气或氧气作氧化剂,将Fe氧化成Fe,然后以针铁矿形态沉淀下来。本文结合丹霞冶炼厂现场生产,针对除铁槽内氧气碰嘴易堵塞、反应不够充分的问题,研究设计一种气体分布器,通过优化分布器的结构及布置方式,解决在使用过程中堵塞问题,精准控制高铁各反应桶富氧用量,缩短反应时间,提高氧气利用率,实现高效沉铁。 Air Or oxygen is used as oxidant to oxidize Feinto Feand then precipitate it in goethite form. In this paper, a gas distributor is designed to solve the problems of oxygen nozzle blocking and insufficient reaction in iron removal tank, and the structure and arrangement of the distributor are optimized, to solve the problem of blockage in the operation process, accurately control the oxygen-enriched dosage of each reaction Barrel of high-speed railway, shorten the reaction time, improve the oxygen utilization ratio, and realize high-efficiency sink iron.
