降低VE464电控箱体故障频次的改进方案

摘要 VE464电控箱体为可控震源中枢控制单元,随着使用年限的增长故障发生频率越来越大。常见故障现象为程序死机和PPS时间同步信号报错。本文通过对箱体故障类型的调查分析的手段,发现程序死机故障与CPU温度超高有很强的关联性,而PPS时间同步信号报错则是由于NAV端口线抗干扰能力差致使PPS时间同步信号受到电磁干扰产生变形所致,此时箱体激发会出现“27”状态代码(PPS时间同步信号报错代码)。针对这两个主要原因采取加装散热装置和NAV端口线增加屏蔽层的措施,程序死机故障减少68%,PPS时间同步信号报错减至零次,总故障频次由以往的每月平均9次减至每月平均3次,提高了生产效率。 VE464 decoder is a vibroseis central control unit.The frequency of failure increases with the increase of service life.Common faults are program crash and PPS time synchronization signal error.In this paper,by means of investigation and analysis of the type of decoder faults,it is found that the program crash fault has a strong correlation with the ultra-high CPU temperature,and the error of PPS time synchronization signal is caused by the deformation of PPS time synchronization signal caused by electromagnetic interference due to the poor anti-jamming ability of NAV port line.At this time,the 27 status code will appear(PPS time synchronization signal error code).In view of these two main reasons,measures were taken to install heat dissipation device and add shielding layer to NAV port line.The program crash failure was reduced by 68%,PPS error report was reduced to zero,and the total failure frequency was reduced from the previous average of 9 times per month to the average of 3 times per month,which improved production efficiency.
