摘要
新冠疫情影响巨大,在企业复工复产中,为了对疫情做好防控工作,同时也要保障项目和人员的正常运转,需对人员的动迁加强管理,避免疫情的感染和传播风险。本文基于项目生产的防疫管理,结合动迁管控的实际,从人员动迁和审批进行研究,经过需求调研、需求分析、总体设计、数据库设计、程序编码、系统调试和测试,研发了针对疫情防控的动迁管理系统。并可以依据疫情的变化,能够进行不同等级的审批管理。研究成果可为疫情环境下,项目人员动迁向信息化管理方向发展提供参考。
The impact of COVID-19 is huge,during the resumption of work and production,in order to prevent and control the epidemic and ensure the normal operation of projects and personnel,it is necessary to strengthen the management of personnel relocation to avoid the risk of infection and spread of the epidemic.Based on the epidemic prevention management of project production and combined with the actual situation of relocation control,this paper studied personnel relocation and approval,through demand research,demand analysis,overall design,database design,program coding,system debugging and testing,developed a relocation management system for epidemic prevention and control.And according to the changes of epidemic,different levels of approval management can be carried out.The results can provide reference for the development of project personnel relocation to information management under the epidemic environment.
