摘要
在特定的生理时期或前提下,代谢组学可以对生物体成分或细胞的所有代谢物同时进行定性和定量分析,以找出目标差异代谢物。代谢组学是生物体感知外界刺激、生理病理改变和基因突变形成的代谢物水平的多元动态反应。代谢组学为病症诊断、临床研究、新药开发、中医药现代化、药物毒理学、食品营养、农林、环境毒理等研究提供新的探索视角。代谢组学以其测试技术的普遍适用性,逐步被运用于动物营养学研究中。文章从血液代谢组学、尿液代谢组学、肝脏代谢组学和肠道内容物代谢组学4个方面综述了代谢组学在动物营养研究中的应用,为其在动物生产营养方面的研究提供参考。
Metabolomics is the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of all metabolites of an organism’s components or cells under a specific physiological period or condition,in order to find the target differential metabolites.It maximises the multiple dynamic responses of living organisms to external stimuli,pathophysiological changes and metabolite levels generated by their own genetic mutations.Metabonomics provides new perspectives for exploration in disease diagnosis,pathology research,new drug development,drug toxicology,modernisation of Chinese medicine,food nutrition,agriculture and forestry and environmental toxicology research.Metabolomics has been gradually applied to animal nutrition research because of the wide applicability of its testing techniques.The paper reviews the application of metabolomics in animal nutrition research from four aspects,including blood metabolomics,urine metabolomics,liver metabolomics and intestinal contents metabolomics,to provide reference for animal production nutrition research.
