习近平总书记关于注重家庭家教家风建设的重要论述,不仅深刻阐明了家庭家教家风建设的重大意义,也为家风文化融入高等职业教育指明了根本遵循。本文强调挖掘家风文化中与职教要求高度契合的家国情怀、劳动精神和廉洁意识等元素,将其深度融入高等职业教育,使其在职业教育“三个课堂”的育人实践中实现有机融合和相互贯通。立足家风建设的目标任务和实践要求,引导高职院校青年大学生践行社会主义核心价值观、创新新时代背景下增强职业教育适应性、探索培养高素质技术技能人才的立德树人路径。

President Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the emphasis on the construction of family style in family tutoring not only profoundly clarifies the great significances of the construction of family culture in family tutoring,but also points out the fundamental follow for the integration of family style culture into higher vocational education.This paper emphasizes that the elements of family culture that are highly consistent with the requirements of vocational education,such as the feelings of family,labor spirit and integrity consciousness,should be explored and deeply integrated into higher vocational education,so as to realize organic integration and mutual connection in the cultivation practice of“Three Classrooms(namely,“Courier Class”,“Master Class”and“Elite Online Class”in the vocational education)”of the vocational education.Based on the goals,the actual and practical tasks and the practical requirements of family tradition construction,it guides young college students in higher vocational colleges to practice the socialist core values,strengthen the adaptability of vocational education under the background of innovation in the new era,and explore the path of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
