摘要
本文主要对印制板板边插头硝酸蒸汽试验机理进行研究,通过对试验后的试样切片及电镜观察分析,总结出金面镀层硝酸蒸汽腐蚀机理,并分析腐蚀失效的形成原因,最后从工艺参数和工艺设计两方面提出板边插头镀层可靠性的改善措施。
This paper mainly studies the mechanism and phenomenon of nitric acid vapor test on the edgeboard contact(gold finger) of PCB by the electron microscope observation and analysis of the sample section. In the end,theimprovement measures of reliability control are put forward from two aspects of process parameter improvement and process design.
