试论如何推进高职院校职业指导建设——以广东理工职业学院为例

On the Promotion of Vocational Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Guangdong Polytechnic as an Example

高职院校职业指导是关乎学生未来、帮助高职院校毕业生实现就业和职业发展的一项重要措施。目前高职院校职业指导工作存在着评价指标与指导方式过于单一、职业指导人员专业性不足、职业指导内容缺乏整体规划、实效性较差等问题。提升职业指导工作,应从全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化、个性化的“五化”入手。

Vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to help students achieve employment and career development.At present,there are some problems in vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges,such as too single evaluation index and guidance method,lack of professionalism of vocational guidance personnel,lack of overall planning of vocational guidance content,and poor effectiveness.The promotion of vocational guidance should start with the“five modernizations”of full process,full staff,specialization,informatization and personalization.
