传播学视域下高校就业政策宣传工作研究

摘要 随着高等教育大众化、普及化发展,高校数量在不断增多,因此每年毕业生数量也越来越多,在此背景下,高校毕业生就业问题也越来越突出。高校为了提高毕业生就业质量和效率,就需要做好就业政策的宣传工作,这不仅关系到国家方针政策的贯彻落实,更关系到毕业生的切身利益。高校就业政策宣传工作本质上属于一种传播活动,所以为了提高其宣传有效性,本文就传播学视野下对高校开展就业政策宣传工作进行深入探究。 The up-growing trend of colleges and universities in terms of their quantities and scales keeps increasing under the background of the popularization of higher education,which leads to the fact that more graduates are facing prominent employment challenges.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have carried out a serious of policies and means in regard to reducing the challenges for college and university graduates in the job market.In order to improve the employment quality and efficiency of graduates,colleges and universities need to have strategic advocacy on the employment policies,which is not only crucial to the implementation of national policies,but also to the vital interests of graduates themselves.Advocacy of employment policy in colleges and universities is essentially a kind of communication activity,in order to improve the effectiveness of its publicity,this paper conducts indepth research on the advocacy of employment policy in colleges and universities from the perspective of communication science.
