基于科研的职业院校教学改善策略

摘要 科研与教学,是高等学校教师要承担的两项主要工作任务。在高职院校,教师的科研工作应该基于教学的需要开展,根据学校人才培养定位的性质,教学目标要以社会实践为导向,教学中必须针对高职教育的职业性、实践性和情境性的要求,顺应多元复杂的学生个体特点,去除职教课堂的“懒教”,增强教学中的反思,在具体操作中,切实做到有机整合教学内容,准确把握教学重点,以保证教育教学的科学性、针对性和前瞻性,以提高职业院校课堂教学效能,确保人才的培养质量。 Scientific research and teaching are the two main tasks for teachers in colleges and universities.In higher vocational colleges,teachers'scientific research work should be carried out based on the needs of teaching.According to the nature of the school's talent training orientation,the teaching goal should be guided by social practice.In teaching,we must meet the professional,practical and situational requirements of higher vocational education,comply with the diverse and complex individual characteristics of students,remove the"lazy teaching"in vocational teaching classes,enhance reflection in teaching,and in specific operations,We should effectively integrate the teaching content and accurately grasp the teaching focus,so as to ensure the scientific,targeted and forward-looking education and teaching,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching in vocational colleges,and ensure the quality of talent training.
