摘要
立足于校企融合的背景下运用一种新的教学模式“对分课堂”,分析研究其在课堂中应用的现实意义以及具体应用的原则和操作流程。“对分课堂”的是我国独创的新型教学模式,符合本土教育情况,实现了讲授法和讨论法两大教学模式的整合,吸取优点,合二为一。其核心理念权责对分,意义远超教育本身,意思是原来掌握更多权力的一方,将权力主动释放给予相对弱势的一方。同时,“对分课堂”由师生共同合作完成,既体现了教师的主导性又突出了学生的主体性,创建一种开放、自由的氛围,也使得课堂生机勃勃。在校企融合的背景下,以校企合作提高职业素养为视角,再结合学科特性,借助对分课堂教学模式分析研究现实意义和操作流程,为在今后的实际教学中提供经验,重新定义职业素养的培育。
Based on the background of school enterprise integration,this paper applies a new teaching mode"split classroom",analyzes and studies the practical significance of its application in the classroom,as well as the principles and operational processes of its specific application."Split Classroom"is a new teaching mode created by our country,which is in line with the local education situation.It realizes the integration of the two teaching modes of lecture and discussion,absorbs the advantages,and integrates the two into one.Its core idea is to divide power and responsibility,which is far more significant than education itself.It means that the party who originally held more power will release power to the relatively weak party.At the same time,the"split classroom"is jointly completed by teachers and students,which not only reflects the leading role of teachers but also highlights the subjectivity of students,creating an open and free atmosphere,and making the classroom vibrant.Under the background of school enterprise integration,from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation to improve professional quality,combined with the characteristics of the discipline,the practical significance and operation process are analyzed and studied with the aid of the split classroom teaching mode,so as to provide experience for the future actual teaching and redefine the cultivation of professional quality.
